Water is included. Residents pay for gas heat, hot water, electricity, cable, and internet usage.
Our apartments in Royersford are cat-friendly! Residents are limited to two (2) cats per apartment. The pet fee is $300 per pet and $30 pet rent per month per pet.

The security deposit is equal to one months’ rent for approved applicants and two months’ rent for conditionally approved applicants and is fully refundable assuming no account balance and/or damages upon move-out. Qualified applicants also have the option of Sure Deposit. Instead of paying a full months’ security deposit, they can pay a modest one-time non-refundable fee for enrollment in the surety bond program.
